Shipping Policy, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing courier tracking information. Kindly note that the email may not be sent immediately. Therefore, please ensure to regularly check your email for this information, as it will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.

Dispatch Days

To prevent parcels from sitting in transit over the weekend and to manage the courier load, we only send out plant orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays each week.

Non-Living are sent on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

How Long Can Plants Be In Their Cartons?

Our plants can tolerate being in their carton for much longer than what most people assume. While we don’t recommend keeping them in a delayed carton for more than 14 days, it is generally not a cause for concern. In fact, more than 98% of our plants are delivered within 3 days, so the likelihood of them being contained for an extended period is relatively low.

At UrbanRoots, we have partnered with NZPost or former “CourierPost” to handle all of our deliveries. As we spend a significant amount each week on courier deliveries, we are proud to offer Priority Care for your plants during transit. With NZPost’s reliable service, enable us to deliver tens of thousands of plants throughout New Zealand with minimal incidents. However, in the rare event of any issues, we are committed to looking after you while NZPost takes care of us.
