Refund and Returns Policy
Sending live plants can be a risky business. Once these precious plants leave our hands, we cross our fingers & toes entrusting the couriers will deliver them in the same state they left us.
Although we are all human and errors happen from time to time. Here is our return and refund policy.
- We do our absolute best to pack our plants in safe and secure packaging. If on the odd occasion any plants are damaged, please send us photographs of the package and plant on immediate arrival and within 24hours of delivery.
- For defective Goods, which the Purchaser is entitled to reject, the Seller’s liability is limited (at the Seller’s discretion) to either repairing or replacing the Goods, or refunding the price.
We guarantee our plants for a period of 14 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate.
There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 14 days after receipt. Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us and provide images of the plant within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate pot (if applicable) and packaging back to us for a full refund including return shipping.
